1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time of up to 5-7 business days.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer shipping across the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- HoodieHat.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- If your order is missing or delayed, first contact the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you entered an incorrect address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@hoodiehat.com.
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it. You may need to place a new order.
